Thorn Point Vacation Rentals is a growing US-based company managing 20+ listings, seeking motivated team members to join us!
Primary Responsibilities: Maintenance
- Coordinate guest check-in/check-out details with cleaners
- Communicate guest feedback to cleaning staff
- Report and coordinate maintenance issues with contractors
Secondary Responsibilities: Guest Communication & Booking Management.
- Handle guest communications and inquiries
- Manage and respond to booking inquiries
- Update and synchronize booking calendars
Review & Feedback Management:
- Write and respond to Airbnb reviews as necessary
- Document guest feedback and suggest improvements
- File claims with Airbnb
Administrative Support:
- Manage team email, texting, and phone inboxes
- Update information in the property management system
- Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks
- Conduct research and present short reports to owners
Homeowner Support:
- Respond to homeowner requests
- On-board new clients for co-hosting
Other tasks as assigned:
- Overall help with real estate business and real estate tasks
- Find new clients for co-hosting
- Other tasks as assigned and as needs arise

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- College Degree
- Knowledge of home maintenance and construction processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Reliable internet connectivity
- Proficiency in handling emails and messages from several platforms (e.g. Click up, Airbnb, VRBO, email) effectively (dual monitors recommended)
Preferred Skills and Experience (not required)
- Airbnb/Short term rental/vacation rental management experience
- Familiarity with property management software and tools such as PriceLabs, Turno, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Asana, Click Up, etc.
Schedule
8AM - 4PM EST (most days)
One evening shift each week from 4PM-12AM
Work weekends
40 hours per week
Compensation
$4 per hour w/ annual raises
