Property Remodeling and Maintenance - SCV Property Services St. Louis Metro/Belleville

We are hiring a person full-time to remodel properties as well as handle maintenance needs on existing properties in Belleville and across the St. Louis metro area. You will need to go to Belleville regularly. This role does not require licensed trade work (heavy electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc.). Company tools are provided unless you prefer your own.

Key Details

• Pay: $25/hour (W-2)
• Hours: 40 per week
• Location: Based in Belleville, IL, servicing Belleville and St. Louis metro properties

Schedule

• Typical work hours: approximately 9:00am–5:00pm

Responsibilities

• General remodeling and unit turnovers
• General property maintenance and repairs
• General indoor and outdoor upkeep
• Cleaning (deep cleaning, post remodel cleaning, touchup needs)
• Minor plumbing and electrical
• Property care (Lawn care, snow removal, and tech troubleshooting)
• Preventative maintenance and repairs
• Hot tub and pool treatments
• All other tasks needed to renovate and maintain properties
