Phase 1: Airbnb Startup Consulting

One-time flat fee: $750

Get your Airbnb off the ground with confidence. We provide:

• A 30-minute strategy call to assess your property and goals

• A customized, step-by-step Airbnb setup roadmap tailored to you

• Expert guidance on:

  • Listing creation and optimization

  • Pricing tools and tech stack (smart locks, messaging software, etc.)

  • Cleaner setup and turnover processes

  • Automated guest messaging and review systems

  • House rules, safety, and guidebook templates

  • Furniture layout, supply lists, and amenity recommendations

  • Compliance and permitting guidance (as applicable by city/state)

  • Everything else you need to launch smoothly

• Setup templates and checklists to streamline your launch

• Unlimited text and email support for 1 month (9am–10pm daily)

• Additional phone calls billed at $100/hour

⚠️ This is a consulting service: we provide expert guidance and resources, but you are responsible for completing the tasks and implementing the advice.

Phase 2: Ongoing Advisor Support

$350 per month (billed monthly on the same calendar day)

Ideal if you prefer self-managing but want expert support on standby. Includes:

• Ongoing text and email support (9am–10pm, 7 days/week)

• Strategic input on pricing, guest messaging, cleaner/maintenance processes, and seasonal adjustments

• Review and feedback on guest communication or operational issues

• Phone calls billed at $100/hour

⚠️ This phase is consulting only; you remain responsible for daily operations.

Phase 3: Full-Service Co-Hosting

$300 startup fee (waived if you used our consulting services)
20% commission on gross monthly revenue
