- Late Check-Outs: Cleaners will charge $30 per hour for delays (rounded to the nearest 30 minutes). Please respect check-out time.

- Towels: Place used towels on the bathroom floor.
- Turn Off Appliances: Please turn off lights, electronics, and heaters. Leave AC at 73° (hot days) or heat at 67° (cold days).
- Furniture: Kindly return any moved furniture to its original spot.
- Dishes: Washing your dishes is appreciated.
- Trash: Collecting and bagging trash is a nice gesture, though not required.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-four percent (94.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
