Welcome to our stunning vacation rental in Topeka, Kansas! Our property boasts two spacious living areas and a large, well-stocked kitchen featuring an industrial-sized stainless steel fridge and freezer. With a formal dining room seating eight, a breakfast table that seats six, and an additional adjoining sitting room, there's plenty of space for everyone.

Relax in front of the 65-inch flat screen Roku TV, flanked by two oversized sofas. Our main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, closet and shelf space, as well as an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and an oversized rainfall combo shower. The additional two bedrooms each have a comfortable queen bed and there are 2 additional full bathrooms. The bedrooms sleep a total of 6 people, and a seventh can sleep on the couches in the living areas.

Located centrally in the heart of Topeka, you'll be just 2 minutes from Washburn University and only 5 minutes from Downtown, the Capital, and the famous Topeka Zoo. Plus, you'll be less than 3 miles from Interstate 70, making it easy to get around town.

- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $500 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

Pets are strictly prohibited. We charge a $50 per pet per day fee for unauthorized pets. You may also be removed from the property with no refund.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor security cameras on site.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Some outdoor amenities, such as patio furniture, may not be available in the winter months.

Capacity is strictly limited to a maximum of 6 guests. We prefer that no guests sleep on the couches.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
