Parking is available in front of the home, with additional space in the driveway located on the right side of the property. Please note that the driveway is shared, so be mindful of other vehicles and avoid blocking access.

Things to Note:
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect the neighborhood.
- Washer & dryer are located in the basement. Instructions are provided in the house manual.
- Trash bins are located in the backyard (pickup is on Mondays).
- Our lawn care or maintenance team may be present outdoors during your stay. They will never enter your private space.
- We provide an initial supply of essentials. Additional items may need to be purchased during your stay.
- Please note that we do not provide extra blankets.
- Booking discounts apply only to the initial reservation and are not recalculated if extended.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.
