2. Please keep the thermostat at a reasonable temperature to avoid damage to the system. A common range is 67–73°F (thermostat located in the hallway).
3. Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard for maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission (except in emergencies) or interfere with your visit.
4. Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
5. Trash & Recycling – bins are located in the alleyway behind the property and can be accessed through the backyard gate. (Trash pickup: Tuesday / No recycling service).
6. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
7.We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
