Tiny but spacious! 250 square foot tiny home with high and bright vaulted ceilings. Includes everything you need: big amenities in tiny spaces! Has a full bathroom with a shower, full kitchen (minus oven), and a large TV with a Roku for your entertainment. Sleeps 3 people comfortably, but capable of sleeping 4 with no walking space around beds.

Guests have the whole stand-alone home to themselves: no shared walls! Outside, there is a comfortable patio seating area at the entrance your unit (Unit C) with an outdoor table and four chairs. Other outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Note that the tiny home is in the backyard of a larger house.

The home is located in the heart of Tampa, near many restaurants and shops. The home is 5 min to Busch Gardens, and 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Great for a getaway or to come enjoy the city and beaches!  Comfortable and inviting for an individual, couple, or small group. You have the entire home to yourself. There is plenty of free parking on site.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have an outdoor camera on site.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay. 

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
