Guests have access to the entire home. The entire space, including backyard, is fully private. (We do have a closets locked for cleaner supplies.)

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.
- Picture of ID must be provided.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

Booking discounts apply only to the initial booking and are not recalculated if you extend your stay afterward.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and supplies may not be available during your stay. We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.

We openly welcome guests from all walks of life and hope you, your family and your friends will enjoy this home during your vacation in Topeka.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard, but they’ll always respect your privacy and won’t enter your space without permission.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking..
