1. For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor cameras on site.
2. Please keep the thermostat at a reasonable temperature to avoid damage to the system. Between 67 and 73 is a common range. It's in the hallway.
3. Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission (outside of emergencies) or interfere with your stay.
4. Checkout is at 10am.
5. Trash & Recycling: Located in the alleyway behind the property. It can be accessed via the backyard gate. (Trash: Tuesday / No recycling)
6. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
7. We provide an initial supply of essentials. If the initial stock runs out, we recommend purchasing or bringing any additional items you may need.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
