Private studio unit in a newly remodeled home in a friendly neighborhood. This unit (one side of a duplex) has a large living space with a queen bed, TV with Roku, indoor table and two chairs, kitchenette, and a massive bathroom. The bathroom has a luxurious 5ft x 5ft custom built shower, large enough to lay down in! The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, large toaster oven, microwave, hot plate, and coffeemaker. We also have pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, utensils, spatulas, knives, etc. available for guest use.
Outside, there is a comfortable patio seating area at the entrance your unit (Unit B) with a second table and two chairs. The unit has a private entrance and guests have the whole space to themselves, but there is a wall shared with the other unit. Outdoor areas are shared with other guests.
The home is located in the heart of Tampa, near many restaurants and shops. The home is 5 min to Busch Gardens, and 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Great for a getaway or to come enjoy the city and beaches! Comfortable and inviting for a couple or an individual. You have the entire unit to yourself, but there is a wall shared with the second unit where other guests may be staying. There is plenty of free parking on site.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.
Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space or interfere with your stay.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 30 days away at time of booking.
