Spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bath pet-friendly home with fenced in yard!

Located in central Topeka, a 5-minute walk to Washburn university, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Great for events at Washburn, business travel, or anything else that might bring you to Topeka.

The space is ideal for smaller groups or families. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living area with a large TV with Roku, couch, and two chairs. The kitchen is stocked and great for cooking, whether it's a making large meal or just reheating leftovers. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds, and a large main bedroom with a king bed. The main bedroom also features a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi, great for remote work. The home can accommodate 6 guests comfortably, and a seventh on the living room couch.

There is a large, fenced-in backyard, a perfect space for pets or kids to run around. In warmer months, we also have an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy some fresh air.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, a short 5-minute walk to Washburn's campus (0.2 miles). The central location makes accessible all that Topeka has to offer: it's a 3-min drive to the Evel Knievel Museum (1.3 miles); an 8-min drive to the Kansas Capitol (2.9 miles); a 10-minute drive to the Topeka Zoo and Gage Park (around 3 miles); and a 15-min drive to Lake Shawnee (6.5 miles). Overall, it is centrally located and an extremely easy to get to campus or downtown for any event you are in Topeka for!

There is plenty of free parking in the driveway and on the street.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay, a rental agreement must be signed. You will not gain entry until this is completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
