While the space is best suited for 4 guests, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The property offers convenient parking, both on the street and behind the home, making it easy for guests to come and go as they please. In order to receive the entry code for your stay, a rental agreement must be signed. You will not gain entry until this is completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor security cameras on site.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
