Private 3 bed, 2.5 bath unit on the water with an amazing view of the lake!

Half of a duplex located in the heart of Tampa, on a quiet street close to the airport and near many restaurants and shops. 10 min to the Tampa airport, Bucs Stadium, & Busch Gardens, and 15 min to the local beach. Great for a getaway or to come enjoy the city and beaches!

Experience the wildlife in the backyard with the private access to water. Ducks, birds, turtles, and iguanas visit the property daily.

The home features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a queen bed. There is also a full-size couch available for additional sleeping space. There is a kitchen with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware.

The home has two full bathrooms, one just remodeled with a luxury rain shower-head, and the other with a tub. In addition, one bedroom has a private half bathroom. The living area has a large TV with Roku, and there are two additional TVs with Rokus in two of the bedrooms.

The backyard features a brand new deck with two lounge chairs, a grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a large, brand-new dock. Note that ducks do sometimes poop on the dock, although we try to clean it off as much as we can.

You have the entire unit to yourself and your entrance is private (Unit A), but there is a wall shared with a second unit where other guests may be staying. Outdoor amenities are shared. 

Please park in the two designated Unit A spots, or on the street. No cars are allowed on the left side of the driveway in the grass. Your car could crush our drain system.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have an outdoor camera on site.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay. 

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space or interfere with your stay. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
