Located in the premier neighborhood in South Bend tucked in a corner between Notre Dame campus, Eddy Street Commons and downtown South Bend. Easy walk to football games, tailgating, or any other event at Notre Dame.

Enjoy the massive backyard which includes a covered luxury hot tub, fire pit, and relaxing patio area.

Indoors, you can watch your favorite game or show on one of the 7 smart TVs. There's lots of room to spread out among the 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 fully stocked kitchens. We offer 2 stoves, an oven upstairs and toaster oven downstairs, 2 full-sized fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 coffeemakers, plates, cups, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. There's a dedicated office space with a large, 6ft wide desk and lots of natural light, perfect for working from home. There's also a second desk/workspace in the basement. 

The home is in a quiet neighborhood, located 0.3 miles to the closest point of Notre Dame's campus. It is less than 1 mile to Notre Dame stadium and 0.5 miles to Eddy Street Commons. It is also about 1 mile to downtown South Bend. Overall, it is centrally located and an extremely easy walk to campus or downtown, for any event you are here for!

There is plenty of free parking on the street and in the back yard at the end of the alley way.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have two outdoor cameras on site, one in the front and one in the back.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $500 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-four percent (94.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
