Private three bedroom, one bathroom house in a friendly neighborhood. Half of a duplex, newly remodeled with luxury features. Comfortable and inviting for families or groups that need a place to stay.

The home features three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a double bed. There is a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook: stove, oven, full-sized fridge, microwave, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, pots, pans, utensils, and other cookware. The home has an updated and clean bathroom with tub, and a screened in patio with a table and four chairs to enjoy the beautiful Florida temperatures! The living area has a large TV with Roku. You have the entire unit to yourself and your entrance is private (Unit A), but there is a wall shared with a second unit where other guests may be staying. 

The home is located in the heart of Tampa, near many restaurants and shops. The home is 5 min to Busch Gardens, and 10 min to Ybor City and Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Great for a getaway or to come enjoy the city and beaches!  You have the entire unit to yourself, but there is a wall shared with the second unit where other guests may be staying. There is plenty of free parking on site.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have an outdoor camera on site. 

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay. 

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space or interfere with your stay. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
