Private studio unit on the water with an amazing view of the lake!

Half of a duplex located in the heart of Tampa, on a quiet street close to the airport and near many restaurants and shops. 10 min to the Tampa airport, Bucs Stadium, & Busch Gardens, and 15 min to the local beach. Great for a private getaway, or a trip to come explore the city and enjoy the beaches!

Experience the wildlife in the backyard and that comes along with the private access to the water. Ducks, birds, turtles, and iguanas visit the property daily.

The unit features a large main room, about 20ft by 20ft, with a queen bed, a full bed, and a large comfortable couch. There is a kitchenette with mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, two burners, and coffeemaker. We also have pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, spatulas, knives, etc. available for guest use. There is a full bathroom with a large shower. Note that the ceiling on the bathroom is a bit low, so those taller than 6ft should watch their head. We do not allow fires in the indoor fireplace.

The backyard features a brand new deck with two lounge chairs, a grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a large, brand-new dock. Ducks sometimes poop on the dock; we do our best to keep it cleaned off.

The unit (Unit B) shares a wall with another unit, so other guests may be staying on the property. Both units have separate entrances and separate doors to the backyard, and are separated by a block wall. The backyard and outdoor amenities are shared. 

Please park in your designated Unit B spot, or on the street. No cars are allowed on the left side of the driveway in the grass. Your car could crush our drain system.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have an outdoor camera on site.

In order to receive the entry code for your stay:
- Rental agreement must be signed.
- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted.
You will not gain entry until both of those are completed. You will receive links in a message as well as your email.

Basic maintenance, extra sheets, and extra supplies may not be available to you during your stay. 

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance or construction during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
