We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. They charge a small fee for this, but don't hesitate to ask us and we'll see if we can make it happen. Just keep in mind that this service isn't always available since it depends on our cleaners' availability.

Renters agreement must be signed and $300 security deposit must be placed before receiving the entry code.

We have a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy to accommodate guests with allergies and to make your stay as safe and healthy as possible.

Please keep the thermostat at a reasonable temperature to avoid damage to the system. Between 67 and 73 is a common range.

For the safety and security of our guests, please note that we have outdoor security cameras on site.

Our handyman or lawn care workers may be in the yard doing maintenance during your stay. They will never enter your private space without permission or interfere with your stay.

House Rules:
-No pets.
-No parties or events.
-No smoking of any kind inside the house.
-Do not unplug or tamper with devices (Wi-Fi, camera, ect.)
-A signed renters agreement and a $300 security deposit is required in order to receive the entry code.
-Please do not dye your hair on the property to help us avoid color stains.
-Checkout is at 10am.
-No guns.

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the property and/or a fee according to the renters agreement.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
