In order to receive the entry code for your stay the rental agreement must be signed.

There is a closet that is under construction and not apart of the listing offerings. It will eventually be a half bath, but for now it is dead space. The listings rooms are accurately excluding this space as an offering.There is no harm in going in there, but you may not want to.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
